Aidani grape

Aidani grape

Aidani is a white grape found mainly in the Southern Aegean islands of Greece, particularly Santorini, and is also grown extensively on the island of Rhodes. It is seldom used on its own, but often blended with the Assyrtico grape as part of a white blend called Brousko (there are also red and rosé Brousko wines).
