In “Swirls” we present our reviews of the wines we examined during tasting sessions in our wine cellar. The tasters involved are selected from a variable group of some 25 volunteer winelovers (Oinofili), some of them trained WSET (various levels), but all of them regular quality winedrinkers. We use the rating system of “The Wine Advocate”. You will find more on our tasting methods on the page “Sensory”.
