Kakotrygis grape

You white grape native to Greece . Synonyms are Kako Tryghi, Kakotriguis, Kakotriki and Kakotryghis. Probably it comes vonm one of the Ionian Islands . The early ripening grape is susceptible to downy Mildew . It provides soft-bodied white wines with moderate acidity. The variety is produced in small quantities on the island of Corfu grown (Kérkyra). There is also a red berry variety or mutation called Kakotrygis Kokkino.
