The Winery Moraitis family is in Naoussa on Paros by the beach of Saint Anargiron. Started in 1910 by his grandfather Manolis Moraitis. He cultivated his own grapes while gathered and vinificated grapes from the whole island. With his own ship and in large wooden barrels sold wine in various parts of Greece.

The Moraitis Family vines total 15 hectares. They are cultivated with particular care and according to the regulations governing Biological Agriculture in the vine area.

Since 1997 the Control and Certification Organisation DIO has undertaken the monitoring of the culture and the certification of products. The vineyards are in the areas Kamares, Aghioi Anargyroi, Kolympithres, Ambelas, Ysterni, Stavros, Sarakiniko and Leivadia.
Their ground is argillaceous/ clayey – argillaceous.

They have been sown with the indigenous grape varieties of Paros Island such as Monemvassia, Mandilaria, Aidani Mavro and Vaftra, along with other greek grapes like Assyrtiko and Malagousia.
