Stamatis (1)

Stamatis Mylonas

Our aim is the winemaking of small quantities of Attica’s grape varieties so as to maintain high quality and gain the best characteristics of each variety.

Our goal is the prominence of the Attica vineyard and the production of wines that will pleasantly surprise even the most demanding consumer.
The most important help in this effort is the loving relationship between the family and the vine, the know-how the third generation has gained and the completeness of our new contemporary winery.

The winery owns 12 hectares located from 80m to 220m above the sea level.
The average yield is 30hL/hectare.The soils are mostly sandyclay over limestone and schist, with some gravely sites too.
Surrounded by sea, Attica’s mild winters and cool summers provide ideal conditions for viticulture.
The average annual temperature is 18 °C. The northernly ‘Meltemy’ winds and sea breezes dominate the coastal zone in the summer lowering
the temperature.
