Rokanianis grape

The white grape variety native to Greece . Due to the lack of DNA the exact origin is not known (as of end of 2013). The medium-ripening grape is generally quite resistant to disease and Drought . It provides fresh, acid-stressed white wines with aromas of peaches and stone fruits. The variety is in smaller quantities in the north-east of the Peloponnese grown.
